BeI say I have to agree with this befor eI post the thread.
The day Black Ops comes out all gamers across the world will be on that and not Reach. So for them to be capping it will barely help them.
On with the topic,
Right, so we all know about the pointless rank cap on Reach right?
Bungie supposedly have it so everyone can level up together?
Well I can pretty much tell you their wrong, I think they are putting the Rank Cap there, Letting people get to Lt. Colonel Grade 3 then the Rank Cap around about the time Black Ops is released.
Why else would they put a Rank Cap on? Ranks don't affect anything in this game anyway
