New Frineds and Foes management

Me, TapOut, and Panda decided that we needed a friends system. I was looking around the Admin panel and I saw Friends and Foes. To access this feature, you need to go to your profile and there should be a tab. It will not be automatic. The other user will need to accept the request. There is also a reputation bar. To add to someones reputation, go to the user's post and there should be somewhat of a green bar. Press the + sign to add on to their rep, or press the - sign to decrease their rep.

Sounds good. Looking for something like this.
